About The Journal Junkie
Hi, I’m Elena! Journal Junkie grew from a lifelong love of collecting little things that tell a story. As a child, my obsession started with collecting stickers—a small passion that eventually bloomed into scrapbooking and, ultimately, my full-blown love for junk journaling.

I love giving old, forgotten treasures a new life and turning them into something meaningful. For me, junk journaling brings so much joy—it heals my heart and soul. It gives me a chance to slow down, preserve memories, and simply enjoy the magic of creating.

Most of all, I love creating pieces that bring genuine joy to others. I feel Spirit-led in sharing that joy and bringing the art of junk journaling to everyone!

A junk journal is a handmade journal created from recycled, uncycled, or "junk" materials such as old papers, magazines, book pages, tickets, and other ephemera.
How do you use one?
Use your journal as a creative diary, a home for special photos and memories, an art page, or a quiet space to record your dreams and ideas.
